Arrival & Payment Rules

A few practical rules for your group joining safari:

• A 30% deposit confirms your seat. The balance is paid in cash on the day of departure.
• Cash notes must be issued in 2009 or later. Older series notes, or torn, marked or dirty bills, cannot be accepted by banks here.
• Bookings not secured by the deposit are released automatically, without prior notification.
• Prices are per person sharing a twin/double room. A single supplement applies if you would rather not share.
• Please carry your passport, ETA visa and a printed or digital copy of your receipt and itinerary.
• Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the end of your holiday.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in the tour price.
